fenced.ai should only be used for legal purposes
It completely depends on the update interval set on the target device. fenced.ai makes information available to you as soon as it’s uploaded to iCloud. If you have access to the target device, use the Settings>iCloud>Backup>Back Up Now option to instantly sync with the fenced.ai-linked iCloud account (minimum 1 hour after previous updates).
If you choose fenced.ai to monitor an iPhone, you will need the iCloud credentials (Apple ID and password) of that phone to set up monitoring in the first place. Once the setup is successfully completed, fenced.ai will start monitoring all the uploaded back up.
In case the target iCloud account doesn’t get linked to fenced.ai, please recheck the login credentials.

Note: It takes time for fenced.ai to sync up with iCloud.
It’ll stop fenced.ai from fetching new updates. You’ll still be able to access the old data/updates on your fenced.ai account.
  • Check if iCloud Backup is enabled on the target device.
  • Ensure the target device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • See if the target device is turned on and plugged in.
  • Unlock the target device.
  • Make sure all the iCloud backup selections are set to green.
  • Without the prerequisites mentioned above, fenced.ai can’t fetch updates.

Also, note that when you install fenced.ai the first time, you need to switch on iCloud Backup manually to avoid future problems with auto-updates.
Check to see if Apple’s two-factor authentication is enabled. fenced.ai won’t work with that enabled as of now.
