Suppose you install fenced.ai software programs on a computer that you do not own that too without the user’s prior permission. In that case, we will comply to the fullest extent possible with law enforcement authorities. It involves remitting the required customer details and all other information relevant to the purchase/product.

Modifications & Interruption to Services

fenced.ai makes no promises or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about the usage or effects of the Services’ use in terms of their validity, quality, reliability or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by the relevant legislation. fenced.ai shall not be held responsible for any interruptions to use the Services. fenced.ai disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific reason and non-infringement, concerning the information received. Legal Prerequisites

fenced.ai Apps and Services are designed to use it with your electronic equipment only for monitoring your employee or child, as mentioned below:

You can monitor your underage legal child (less than 18 years) using your own device.

• Employee

With fenced.ai, you can monitor your employee in a business you own or an employee in the same organization as you, an employee for whom you have management duties. You can keep monitor of any of your company-owned tools given to the employee under the business equipment rules.

Disclamier

We do not allow the use of fenced.ai for illicit, illegal purposes that involves your family, fiance/husband/ wife, girlfriend/boyfriend, or roommate using fenced.ai to monitor.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

The subscription fee of fenced.ai is non-refundable once the data has been synced and unless abided by the refund policy. However, you can cancel it at any time as per your wish. You can cancel the monthly/annually/free trial subscription anytime after the payment date. You will have to contact our chat support available 24/7 a day or email us at [email protected] to cancel your subscription anytime.

**Please remember that you are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription to our product. You must email our support team before the payment due date listed on your account plan’s billing page. However, you can also contact support if you have difficulty or need help.

Governing Law

This document, and all other rules, policies, or instructions inserted by reference herein, shall be regulated and read in compliance with the laws of Nepal, without giving effect to any provision of the law of choosing. We make no official recognition that our services are suitable, legal or accessible to use elsewhere.

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold fenced.ai, its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, done by some other party irrespective of or resulting from the use of the services by the customer, the violation of this Arrangement or infringement by the consumer or other users of the services using the user’s device, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

We are not responsible for the content or links that exist on these sites, pages and are not liable for the procedures utilized by the Services that are connected to or from our website. Software License Terms

fenced.ai retains all copyright laws and (other) intellectual property rights for fenced.ai (the “Software”) applications. We at this moment are granting you a license to use one copy of the software program on any single device, given the software program is in operation at any time on only one device. You cannot (You cannot permit or allow anyone else to):

• Copy, keep a backup copy or use the software in any manner not specifically authorized by the license mentioned above
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the program’s source code or the related algorithms, user interface methods, or other technical ideas
• Sell, rent, lease or sub-license or any part of the software
• Transmit the software using some electronic means over any network
• Update, change or build some part of the software as a derivative work

Serverability

fenced.ai offers lifetime protection for all backup data except images and recordings, which are permanently erased from its repository after 120 days.
