Excessive use of cell phones affects children's and teenager's mental health. They are more engaged in social media, making trolls on each other and bullying people around them. Facing such kinds of problems can lead to mental health problems among children.

Not Enough Sleep

Once children start playing games, they become so addicted that they don't want to stop the game. They continue to play till late at night, they start prioritizing online games more than sleep.
